Celebration Treats: Sweetening Students Success!

My Project

Creating a system that rewards elementary school classes for maintaining good attendance can greatly improve their educational experience. Regular attendance cultivates a stable learning environment, enabling teachers to effectively deliver the curriculum without interruptions. When students are present, they can engage more fully in discussions, participate in hands-on activities, and build meaningful relationships with their peers. This sense of community fosters belonging, which boosts morale and motivation to learn. Additionally, consistent attendance helps establish important routines that are vital for academic success, teaching discipline and responsibility from an early age.

By incentivizing attendance with rewards like extra recess time, class parties, or special privileges, we encourage students to prioritize their education, ultimately leading to better academic performance and positive long-term outcomes.

To support this initiative, we need snow cone syrup, cups, straws, snacks in bulk, and ice pops to use as incentives.
