My Students
“Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.” ― Carl Saganri. My classroom of fourth grade ESOL students come from countries such as Algeria and Cambodia.
My students need color ink to print out self-portraits for their autobiography!
My students come to school eager to learn and explore! Our school community works hard to provide the best possible education for our students! For many of my students, this is their first experience with English. In my school of over 500 students, 50% of the students are English Language Learners. There are 20 different language groups in my school. We celebrate the rich diversity of our school community!
My Project
My students come to school every day ready to learn and explore new things. Our classroom consists of students from countries all over the world. My students need Canon color ink for our classroom printer to create self-portraits to celebrate the diversity in our classroom! In writing, my ESOL students are working on their autobiographies. They are in their final stage of writing and are ready to publish their work. My students need color ink to accompany their written project. We will use the Canon color ink to print a picture of each student in our classroom. Their portrait in color will be attached to their work. My students will read book from our classroom library about the countries that they are from.
Your donation to this project will provide color ink to print self-portraits to celebrate diversity in our ESOL classroom!
Your support will promote diversity and community in our ESOL classroom! My students are very excited about their autobiographies! Thank you for your support!
