Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In kindergarten, we work hard every day to learn, grow, and make good choices. Positive behavior and effort are key parts of our classroom community, and one of the most effective ways to encourage that is by celebrating success—big or small!

I use a prize system in my classroom to reward students for showing kindness, following directions, working hard, and being helpful friends.

These rewards help motivate students, build confidence, and create a joyful, encouraging environment where every child feels seen and valued.

I’m requesting classroom prize items to restock our treasure box and reward system. These prizes will be used to celebrate good behavior, academic effort, and personal growth. Something as simple as a pencil, eraser, or small toy can make a big difference in helping students feel proud of themselves and excited to keep learning.

Your support will help me recognize and reinforce the positive choices my students make each day. Thank you for helping to build a classroom full of happy, motivated, and confident learners!
