This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school is committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where every student feels motivated to excel. To support this goal, I want to implement a rewards-based program that recognizes students for achieving their academic milestones.

The rewards will serve as tangible symbols of their hard work and determination.

These prizes will include items like books, educational games, art supplies, and small toys, all chosen to align with their interests and further promote creativity and learning.

Research shows that recognizing achievements can significantly enhance a student's motivation and confidence. By celebrating their successes, we reinforce the importance of setting goals, persevering through challenges, and embracing the joy of learning. This program isn’t just about the rewards—it’s about cultivating a culture of growth, effort, and academic excellence.

Every child in our school will have the opportunity to earn these incentives, ensuring that all students, regardless of their background, feel included and valued.
