Help me give my students an exciting way to celebrate their success at the final Awards Celebration of a year when covid took the excitement out of the teaching experience!
The students at my school are energetic and fun-loving children. My school is an inner-city school in which the diversity of the students represents our community. Our students work super hard and they love to explore, discover and learn. In addition, we are located near Ft. Bragg and have many military families transferring in and out of the school. All students receive free breakfast and free lunch.
I have focused on motivating and inspiring students by making their success 'A BIG DEAL!!!' I am seeking sponsorship to acquire materials that will make their awards celebration grande and unique.
It is the hope that this will encourage all learners to strive for success.
My Project
Students sometimes need extrinsic motivation. Having a grand awards celebration will motivate them to always want to come to school and learn. It may be the only way to give students the hope they need to know that We Believe In THEM and CARE ABOUT THEIR SUCCESS!
The balloons will be used to decorate the stage, and the tinsel curtains will cover the windows and create a photo booth.
We will transfer the school's cafeteria into a "ballroom" The spandex table cloths will cover the tables with the awards the students will receive.
