My Project
I am requesting a collection of diverse books that reflect different cultures, experiences, and voices, as well as books focused on financial literacy to help students develop critical life skills. These books will serve as mirrors, windows, and doors—allowing students to see themselves, learn about others, and explore new opportunities.
The diverse books and lessons from TPT to accompany them will foster empathy, inclusivity, and cultural understanding in our classroom.
They will celebrate differences while teaching students the value of respect and kindness. The financial literacy books will provide an introduction to important concepts such as saving, spending, and the basics of budgeting. These skills are crucial for students as they grow into responsible, informed adults.
