Celebrating Cultures

Help me give my students variety of cultural items and traditional clothing for our school’s Multicultural Night.

My Project

Multicultural Night is one of the most anticipated events at our school—an evening filled with music, food, stories, and traditions from around the world. This year, we want to make it even more meaningful by providing students with traditional clothing and cultural items that reflect the richness of their heritage. With your support, we can ensure every child feels proud, seen, and celebrated.

Our students come from a vibrant mix of cultural backgrounds—many are first- or second-generation immigrants, and their families speak dozens of languages.

This diversity is one of our greatest strengths. Our students are proud of who they are and excited to share their heritage with their classmates. They thrive in hands-on, inclusive learning environments where their identities are affirmed and celebrated.

Many families want to participate but don’t have access to traditional attire or items. This project ensures that all students—regardless of their circumstances—can proudly represent their culture.

These items will be available to borrow during the event and will be used in classrooms year-round to enhance cultural studies, heritage month activities, and school assemblies.
