My Project

Students work in groups and collaboration occurs frequently in my classroom. Using the workshop model, students collaborate on inquiry-based projects, current events perspectives and work together to problem solve. I've been fortunate to witness some truly great discussions! The Rocketbook Notebooks will allow them to share with each other, and myself, exactly what they are doing, as well as provide a simple way for them to share and save their work. It's been disheartening to see such productive student collaboration only to have the group lose momentum because of the challenge in sharing their brainstorms, notes and ideas Having the Rocket Notebooks allows students to avoid the sharing/access issues and focus on their learning, creating and critical thinking.

The Rocket beacons are an awesome invention because it will turn any white board we have in the classroom into an actual smartboard.

This will definitely help with further collaboration!
