Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are extremely hard workers and often work without thanks or celebration. After a hard week's work if they earn it, I would love to be able to celebrate them by throwing a hot chocolate and tea party for them. This will make the students more engaged in the classroom and give them a goal that is much smaller and tangible than academic success.
Please give my students the opportunity to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the company of their classmates and teachers through hot chocolate and tea socials.
The goal is ultimately to build engagement through a reward system that will grant the students the ability to relax, breathe, and see school in a different light.
My students are great learners, hard workers, and often receive nothing but praise in return; help me change that for them!
