My Project
My little ones here at are FULL of energy! The best way to provide a release for all of that extra energy is by introducing them to exercise routines and showing them how fun being active is.
My children need a variety of activities, sports, and games, such as the requested catch and toss game and bean bags that fit their personality, ability, age, and interests.
I know they won't mind a daily dose of fitness as long as it's fun.
Plus, these activity breaks during the school day can help sharpen their abilities to focus and stay on task.
