Carting Away Xylophones, Take 2!

Help me give my students xylophone rolling carts to have more access to music making.

My Project

The students at my school are so musically talented and love composing music. They are naturally talented using our xylophones. However, with only 30 minute class sessions, getting our xylophones out of the cabinets takes away at least 5 minutes from the students' learning and then another 5 minutes putting away their xylophones. That is 10 minutes that we could be using to make music.

These rolling carts will cut down on the set up and clean up times and make the xylophones more accessible to all students.

These carts will raise up the instruments off the floor for my students that are unable to sit on the floor, who are not able to reach the instruments on the floor, and for my students who are in wheelchairs. These carts make xylophone playing accessible for my students with different abilities.

The purchase of these carts is going to last my students for the rest of their time at our school and will also serve students for years into the future.
