My Students

Our students come to us from a wide variety of backgrounds. The students are highly transient because of our location next to a military base. This brings a wide variety of ability levels as well. Personalized learning allows students to work at their level but towards the same standards. Our school is implementing personalized learning as a way to meet a variety of needs. Students are more engaged and all students are able to be successful in their classes and are excited about it.

My Project

With the increased technology in the classroom, there is an increased need to store it. Currently, the classroom contains shelves, baskets, and dish racks to help keep the devices organized and plugged in. The current system makes it hard to keep the cords organized and ensure that all of the devices are returned to the correct location each day.

The new cart will help to manage the technology.

It will also allow for the technology to be used in different locations throughout the building as students collaborate with other students, teachers, and in other classrooms and spaces in the building.
