This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My classroom is bright and full of energy. I use my document image viewer (Elmo) and projector on a daily basis to help facilitate my teaching and student learning.
My students always get excited when they can come up to the front of the room and display their work!
They are always so proud of what they came up with and being able to share to the class! However, because of the way the technology is set up, students often trip over cords and are at risk of falling themselves and/or knocking over the technology.
My Project
The cart I am requesting is perfect for my classroom in that it provides an ample amount of space to have and use technology in my classroom. The projector and Elmo are technology that I use on a daily basis. However, without the proper cart/equipment, things are at risk of being broken and/or students are at risk of tripping over cords on the floor.
New books are always exciting for the students and the new cart will help in so many ways!
The cart will make students feel more comfortable coming up to the front to show off their work and teach to their classmates!
