This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Providing students with cotton totes bags will cut back on the use of plastic. They're reusable, washable, and sturdy. Last year students were given ziplock bags to store their newly checked-out books in the library. By the end of the year, too much plastic was being used. An eco-friendly bag makes it perfect for transporting essentials like student library books and for providing a comfortable and reusable alternative to plastic bags. Because of the cotton tote bags' spacious capacity, these tote bags make fantastic library book bags that are able to hold more than one checked-out book.
