They are also learning about gravity through the various magnet games.\r\n\r\nThey clapped and exclaimed \"Wow!\" when they saw the new toys. Having the crackers nearby and immediately available makes all the difference. students fill their tummys and become focused again. They have been excited to munch on their crackers and continue reading their books until lunchtime. Initially, they relied on the pamphlet provided and didn't take long for them to create their own images using the tangrams. I'm excited to bring them out again this coming week as we explore how a combination of shapes can form another. For now, students formed their creation with them and duplicated their image with paper shaped tangrams. Thank you for providing these amazing tools for my students. Others who love math are challenging themselves with problem-solving games that make learning fun. One student told me, \"It feels like the iPad is teaching just me!\" That sense of personalized attention has made a big difference for many of them.\r\n\r\nThe iPad has also given students the chance to be creators, not just learners. They record themselves explaining what they've learned, create digital art, and even share short videos about classroom topics.
