This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The reading bags will provide a convenient way for the students to carry books to read from school to their homes. It will facilitate them to bring them back in the same condition and will provide a book home to those students that do not have books at home to read.
I will love to give the students the opportunity to keep reading at home and integrate their families into a new habit.
They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more. The reading bags will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading when choosing the books to take home. This project will only help enrich their experiences and habits to read at home.
