Children are naturally social. They love to interact with their peers while learning and during play. Working together, teamwork and collaboration are critical skills we work on in Kindergarten.
My students deserve to have a clean and comfortable carpet space.
This rainbow colored shape carpet will have enough spots for each student in my class to have a place of their own. It also allows us space to sit around the edges and engage in collaborative conversations as a whole group. My students can also partner up with a peer close to them and discuss various questions.
The shapes and colors can also help us with sorting and identifying shapes. This carpet can be used to bring our community of learners together.
