Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Earth is our home. Earth is also home to many wildlife. It is our responsibility to educate our young learners in making good decisions, sparking curiosity and encouraging them to ask many questions about the world.
We share our space with many wonderful, unique and beautiful animals on this planet.
The puzzle sets will expose students to animals from different environments; arctic, rain forest, ocean and woodland to name a few. To promote Earth Day; this project will also provide students with theme-related stickers, bookmarks and an activity book. Books such as I Can Save the Earth, Earth Day Every Day and Thank You, Earth will allow students to begin thinking about how decisions we make everyday can have an impact on our environment. Earth Day is important and students should understand the importance of taking care of this place that all of us (even animals) call home.
