This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my classroom, we have a Care Closet of items such as shampoo, conditioner, lip balm, and other care products. After having the closet stocked for a school year and a half, I've began to take note of popular items and have also asked students what items would help them most. This project is a compilation of students' needed and requested. We still have many items left from our last restock such as deodorant, but have run out of other things that are in high demand, like snacks, lip balm and hair brushes. With autumn and winter coming, these items would help my students.
