My Project
Our girls come from very poverty stricken homes. We have girls who come to school not knowing anything about what happens to their bodies in middle school. Then when that time comes, they're scared and unprepared. We need to be able to give them the products they need in order for them to not be worried or scared so they can continue their education.
Care and confidence in middle school girls is so very important.
If they don't understand what is going on then they won't be able to concentrate on their education which should be the most important thing they are worried about. Girls today have a lot on their plates especially in lower income households. Many of them are raising younger siblings or taking care of them and the last thing they need to worry about is feminine products If we can give them that piece of mind at school, that's one less thing for them to be concerned about.
