This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The goal of this project is to implement a cardio drumming unit in our PE program. Every student will need to have their own ball, drum sticks, and bucket. This Donors Choose project will only be providing the exercise ball equipment. Students will follow along to the music while striking their exercise ball and dancing along. This is an amazing and unique form of exercise that my students will love. The goal will be to incorporate this unit during winter when we are unable to go outside due to bad weather. We do not have a gym and we will be using this awesome equipment in our cafeteria.
