Help me give my students a 360-degree Photo Booth Machine to capture their successes in demonstrating, maintaining, and improving their Academics and Behavior.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Educating students in an inner-city school can be challenging yet rewarding. I teach and reward students at a low-income school where more than ninety percent (90%) of the students are on free lunch, need extra help in one or more academic subjects, and have low test scores. However, they continuously strive for proficiency daily.
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.
A Positive Behavior Intervention and support system has been created to motivate students to maintain, improve, and demonstrate mastery in academics and behavior. With this initiative, The Mustang Market was created to reward students for academic and behavioral success. The students earn Mustang Bucks (play money) to purchase items from the market. I want to add a 360 Photo Booth Machine to the Mustang Market to capture their success and let them create lasting memories to help keep them motivated.
The students will use their reading, math, and financial literacy skills to count the money needed to enter the Mustang Market and gain access to the 360 Booth Machine and other items. I ask for your help motivating my students to maintain academic success.
