This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are about to start a community helpers project with our kiddos, that’s why I’m asking you to support this project, providing resources that stimulate their imagination with sensory toys and pretending toys/costumes like…police, firefighters, nurses, doctors, cooking, etc. It’s going to be one of the important topics to carry out in Early Childhood Education since it is something that is closely linked to the daily life and social development of the child.

One of the main objectives is to make the child see that all jobs are important, that each one represents an important link in the chain of the functioning of a city, so they all have great value.

Knowing the different jobs puts the child in direct contact with their environment, so they will be able to create their own life and representation of it.
