Help me give my students resources to clean our community and school. We can use these cleaning supplies to teach them responsibilities and important life skills!
Our first graders have a heart for servitude. They love to help and want to take care of our school playground better! These items that we are requesting will teach them the skills needed to be able to make a difference not only in our school but in the community as well. Some of our items have multiples because this project will benefit ALL of FIRST GRADE!
These items will make a difference in their learning and their goals for becoming community leaders.
Our playground and outside areas are always in need of cleaning, from the trash, wood chips, sand, and dirty equipment. This means that when anyone comes in from outside the hallway gets very dirty and can be dangerous with the sand making it slippery. The students will benefit from these items because they will be able to take charge of their desire to keep the school safe and clean.
We will make signs and classroom jobs for each room using paper and printers we already have, but the cleaning supplies will be crucial as it will take a lot for our goals to be visible to the whole school and our community. Our talented learners are so excited about the prospect of this project being funded. They love to take care of our community and cannot wait for the proper tools to do so!
