Capturing All Their Attention

Help me give my students headphones, letter tiles and story boards, for greater concentration while learning, listening, solving and comprehending.

My Students

My students are amazing. They care about each other in ways I have never seen before. They come from all walks if life economically, socially, academically. We are looking to get good quality headphones. In order for us to expect these boys and girls to perform well on their Chromebooks, they need to be durable for these little hands. I have found that with the covid experience students need less noise distraction. The project I have chosen will support students' quiet thinking time.

My Project

Each student will have their own headphones so we can keep them clean. Headphones can be used while working without their computers on phonics related activities. Students cannot afford distractions after living through the covid year and the setbacks. I know the students will perform with more accuracy if the noises of other students working are muffled out. We have been offered so many programs through our Chromebooks to support student delays, so headphones are the vehicle for success. I believe my program will help close the gap. Thank you.
