My Students
My 4th grade students are some of the most amazing children I know! The fact that I get to teach them each and every school day is a dream come true. Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly. They are inquisitive and thrive on hands-on, engaging projects. They are an incredible group of kids, some of whom, are just getting back in their homes after Hurricane Harvey last August.
My Project
The flexible seating and Ozobots will help provide my students with hands-on, engaging, and collaborative learning opportunities. My students love problem=solving and are much more engaged in learning when they are able to move around and work in small groups together.
My students will become more engaged and involved in their own learning when they have Wobble chairs and Ozobots available to them.
Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Today's learners need the movement the Wobble chairs will provide. They will be easy to move around in a science classroom when we are working in lab groups. The Ozobots will allow them to develop their coding skills and allow them to learn skills that will be needed in the future.
