Captivating, Current, and Compelling Curriculum with Chromebooks

My Students

My students live in the poorest county in Florida. We historically have had a sixty to seventy percent graduation rate. Many students are looking for an educational opportunity that breaks the trends of the past years.

Providing students with a one-to-one technology ratio will allow my students and school to move out of the past and into the now.

By creating a technologically friendly environment, I make strides toward not only keeping students challenged but in fostering a rigorous learning environment for at-risk students.

My Project

Students will be able to use these Chromebooks in each classroom throughout the day. In the modern classroom, much of the content exists on the internet. Everything from books, to notes, to study guide, and research materials can be accessed from the world wide web.

Students who are living and learning in the now must have internet access in the classroom.

Your generous donation will allow teachers to deliver more current and more effect lessons both to students in class and to those who are taking advantage of digital learning opportunities at this small, rural charter school. Students who learn using current mediums will be more equipped to join the workforce and more prepared for the rigors of life post-graduation.
