My Project

My students are a group of highly energetic, amazing children with autism in grades 1-5. Many students with autism have difficulties in learning new information, communicating, and social interaction. All of my kids have awesome personalities and love to learn!

I am requesting classroom sets of chapter books to use during small group reading instruction.

Having classroom sets of books will enable each student to have a book to read and take home while we are completing our novel studies. Our school does have some books sets, but these books have been chosen with my student's interests in mind. These captivating books will not only engage my students, but also get them excited about reading.

Exploring standards through novels make assignments rigorous and fun. These books will be used for many years to come and help numerous students!
