My Students

I am a third-year teacher trying to provide my second graders with ample opportunities to learn! Every student in my classroom comes from a home near the poverty level. I want to expose my students to different learning opportunities all within the four walls of my classroom.

I have a diverse group of students and they are all pretty great!

Each and every student shows up and gives his or her best each day, so they deserve the best! This is why I am seeking support from the great donors from DonorsChoose!

My Project

It has been a few years since I have purchased new games for my classroom. I figured there was no time like now since students are entering back into the classroom for the first time in two years! My students love hands-on learning and engaging play and I know they would absolutely love getting new games and books to make learning new and exciting! My students will be able to effectively collaborate with peers during centers with the new books and math games/manipulatives. They will have the opportunity to read books about different cultures and discuss what they have learned. They will also get to play various learning games with the new hands-on materials.
