Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom is an inclusion classroom, which means that special needs students also attend. Most of the furniture is suitable for everyone but we need special material to help our special needs student cope with sensory needs.

A new sensory table will provide our students with a self-soothing, calming activity that will help them when they are overstimulated.

This table will be useful for the rest of the students also because is a great way for children to learn how to independently explore the world around them, problem-solve, develop creativity, and refine conversational skills. Please help us make our dream come true.
