My students need headphones to use with the Chromebooks. These Chromebooks are allowing us to become a 21st century classroom that utilizes personal learning strategies. These headphones will allow students to utilize our technology.

My Students
My students come from unique backgrounds. In our school there are approximately 40 different languages spoken. I have students who are in the process of learning the English language as well as trying the learn Science. We have many students from all walks of life including refugees, homeless, and low income. These students do not have access to resources and home so I want to make sure they get to experience every thing possible to keep them interested and inspired in science. I want to give them the best education possible and help them perform to the best of their abilities.
My Project
Our classroom has Chromebook cart to be utilized frequently. However, we do not have headphones to use with the Chromebooks. These Chromebooks are allowing us to become a 21st century classroom that utilizes personal learning strategies.
We need headphones so that my students can use their Chromebooks effectively.
Chromebooks provide limitless opportunities to target individual learning in the classroom. However, without enough headphones we are limited. Students can't listen to books online. Math lessons or games must be muted since students are all using different programs.
My students love using their Chromebooks everyday to learn and this has led to much success in my classroom. I know headphones would greatly increase this success and help my students compete with 21st century learning.
