My Students
I'm a teacher in a low-income, Title I school, and the kids need a lot. The students are faced with many challenges daily, either at home if they don't have food to eat or at school with daily challenges. I have a classroom full of loving and caring students!
My students have many challenges at home which I can not control, but I can control the situation at school.
The students grow so much in a year academically and socially. I am so excited to start this next part of the year with these wonderful students.
My Project
Working with students who have come through this pandemic and have lost some of their resources due to the pandemic has been hard. Allowing the students to have hands on materials to work with will allow them to engage and succeed.
Many students need tactile resources to learn.
These materials will help them develop the skills they need for sound recognition and building words together. My scholars will grow and work together to master these basic phonics skills.
Help my scholars excel through this pandemic with learning at the fullest potential!
