Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have eleven middle school students in grades six through eight. My students come to school each day full of energy and ready to learn. They inspire me every day to be a role model and give them my best. This year, we have learned so much and I know that they will continue to amaze me throughout this school year.
As an educator, my goal is to provide them with the best education possible; however, the truth is, my students teach me so much more than I could ever hope to teach them.
My Project
My students need quality headphones so that they can participate in computer-based intervention programs. We have gone through several pairs this year, and we currently only have three pairs that are in working condition. It would be such a relief to not be limited to three computers at a time and this would our class to run much more smoothly during our rotations.
My students deserve the best and these headphones would give my students the opportunities to learn in a fun and engaging way.
My students don't come to school with a lot but with your help, the students will have the tools necessary to succeed.
