This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school has technology that enables learning in ways that were previously inconceivable, but we need to make it work together more efficiently. Noise-cancelling microphone headsets allow students to record their thought process, so that both the capture and the play back is of sufficient quality to generate learning and not frustration. COVID has created so many gaps, including with speaking and listening. Headphones with a microphone will allow students to record their thinking, record themselves reading, and create projects to showcase their learning. Allowing students ways to express themselves in creative ways will help them increase their understanding of concepts.
