My Students

My kindergartners are full of life, energy, and a zest for learning. They learn best when moving about the classroom and interacting with others. In my classroom, we sing, dance, and use our whole bodies to learn. This helps so many of my students who are getting adjusted to the learning environment and being in the classroom for an entire school day.

Many of my students are just learning how to hold a pencil and write their names while others are ready to take off and explore the meaning of words and read books.

Kindergarten is a place to grow a love for learning and I am so happy to be the teacher at the beginning of their journey. My classroom is a place full of love where my students feel safe and build relationships with everyone around them.

My Project

My kindergarten students are so excited to be back at school and learning in person after a delay in the school year and virtual learning. With the return to school, many things are different including the requirement to wear masks.

This microphone and speaker will enable my students to hear me while I wear my mask.

The CD player and headphones will enhance reading and fluency during center time and for health and safety, each student will have their own headphones.

I know that all of these items will enhance the classroom experience for my students this year.
