Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Technology is so much more than what we see but also what we hear. Even in a busy classroom a moment of focus can only be gained by having the proper tools such as noise reducing headsets. The headsets will help students concentrate while learning to code. Coding teaches life skills building future thinkers.

Our city is a truly diverse community with different flavors and languages which makes learning interesting.

Technology has helped break language barriers but my students still need help trying to block out all the sounds in our classroom. My class is composed of students, grades 1-6, at different academic learning levels and abilities. Having noise reducing headsets will encourage attention skills that children need to make a part of their lives.

In a world that is busy with sounds these kids need a muted moment to explore coding and a new path in life.
