My Students

In a thriving school of about 700 students, I teach computer skills to all grades who range from high achieving to limited English (ELL) students. We are also privileged to serve military families and children of Barksdale Air Force Base Airmen. Each student helps diversify our population, bringing in knowledge and experience of various cultures and traditions.

No matter the academic or ability level, all of my students have different learning styles that I strive to meet every day.

In return, our students work hard to learn and grow in their academics each day, completing STEM activities, RTI rotations, and computer-based math lessons, leading our school to be a "B" school!

Although this school year will be much different as we embark on a new journey of virtual learning and face-to-face instruction, I’m ready to meet these kids and make this an amazing year!

My Project

My students need headphones! Due to Covid students cannot share headphones like we have in previous school years. While it would be ideal for each student to bring their own headphones AND for headphones to last all school year, neither of those is usually what happens.

My students have to have their own pair of headphones to complete their daily assignments.

We use Chromebooks daily for multiple subjects. My students need these headphones to be successful. If they cannot provide their own pair, or theirs break, they are great to have to continue supporting my students academically!
