Help me give my students each a nice pair of headphones and a storage bag to keep them in in order to be able to do the best they can on their computer lessons.
I have a group of 22 fabulous first graders in my classroom. Our school is a Title 1 school and the only elementary school in our county so we service all the students in our county as well as some from surrounding counties. My students are bright and ready to learn despite their differing backgrounds and home lives. We are constantly trying different methods to engage and improve their education. My sweet little firsties make coming into school every day a heartwarming experience!
My Project
I teach in a low income, rural area Title I school and our school provides our students with all the school supplies they need each year. In order to do that we typically have to buy their supplies in bulk and with off brand products to stretch our budgets further.
I would love to be able to give my students each a pair of nice headphones and a storage bag in which to keep them so that they can all hear and get the most from each of their online computer lessons.
The headphones that our school provides the students are cheap and therefore are easily tangled, damaged, and destroyed. My students would get to spend far more time doing their computer lessons if they weren't constantly having to try different pairs of headphones to find a pair that works correctly.
