it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

I teach 25 energetic, ready to learn TK and kindergarten students.
For most of my students this is their first school experience and I want for it to be a memorable one! TK and Kindergarten sets the foundation for the rest of their educational careers and your donation will help me maximize their experiences. Our school is located in South Los Angeles, CA. We are a 100% Title 1 school, which means all of our students qualify for free meals.
My Project
Our classroom is in need of white board markers. We use white board markers throughout the day. We use them for math, vocabulary, and ELD. We also need ink, glue sticks, and crayons. We use our classroom printer to print Writers Workshop pages, classwork, flashcards, and homework. My students are in need of crayons, they each received a box of 8 crayons in the beginning of the year and the school does not have any to give us now. Glue sticks are a must have for little hands. These materials are always being used so they need to be replenish constantly. Help us with refills. Please!
My class cannot run without these materials.
They are used on a daily basis and are essential in a kindergarten classroom. My students need color! A box of eight colors just isn't enough anymore, they are going to want to be more detailed in their drawings.
