Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
STEM is a combination of science, technology, engineering and math activities. These activities and challenges created by other teachers on Teachers Pay Teachers will be used in my classroom for hands-on learning and fun. I would love to have these resources for my students to use when they first enter the classroom in the morning, during indoor recess, and when they align with our regular math and science curriculum.
These wonderful and engaging resources will provide my students with opportunities to become engineers, cooperative learners, and problem solvers.
When students use these different materials they are learning to think outside of the box. They gain knowledge and confidence as they work to find solutions to real-world "problems”. Students will love these hands-on resources that will present themselves as challenges and games with friends. These resources will be used often and will be stored neatly in the bins for future use time and time again. I can't wait for my students to continue to excel in the area of STEM in today's world!
