This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach 25 energetic and ready to learn Kindergarten students.
For most of my students, this is their first school experience and I want for it to be a memorable one!
Kindergarten is one of the first foundations for the rest of their educational careers and your donation will help me maximize their experiences. Our school is located in South Los Angeles, California. We are a 100% Title I school, which means all of our students qualify for free meals.
My Project
New year, new students, new materials! In kindergarten we use these resources daily! Cut and paste activities are not only good for working fine motor skills, but are also a fun way for children to learn. We go through glue sticks faster than our school can supply us with; they also go fast because students are just learning to use glue sticks. It's always nice to have extra glue sticks in the classroom ready when we need them.
I need stickers and prizes to keep my students motivated to behave and be the best students they can be!
These are incentives that students want and feel proud of themselves when they get them. The wipes are for keeping the classroom clean daily.
