Cameras for Yearbook Class

Help me give my students the ability to create lasting memories. The yearbook students would use the digital camera to make sure as many students are featured in the book as possible.

My Project

More than just taking photos, these cameras will allow students to experience real photography firsthand. They will gain knowledge about how to compose a shot, modify the lighting, and convey emotion in a single picture. Above all, they will acquire abilities in design, teamwork, and visual storytelling that will benefit them long after high school. Students will be empowered to create something they are proud of, something that reflects every face and every story on our campus, rather than feeling constrained by equipment.

My yearbook students put in a lot of effort every day to document the special moments that define our school community, such as the camaraderie that permeates our hallways, the teamwork on the field, and the laughter at pep rallies.

Although they take pride in sharing the history of our school, they currently lack the resources necessary to do it justice. With your help, we can provide them with cameras that will allow them to take clear, professional-quality photos and truly bring our yearbook to life.

My students are creative, passionate, and full of heart. They stay after school to cover games, performances, and events because they believe every student’s story matters. They work tirelessly to create a yearbook that celebrates everyone in our school community. With your support, we can give them the tools to match their talent and dedication — and ensure they can capture every memory with the quality and care it deserves.
