This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students in the TNN classes create our school news program. The news promotes positive school culture, and learn to use technology creatively and responsibly. Currently, students are recording the program using old, obsolete iPads that are prone to breaking down and malfunctioning.

New camcorders will allow students more freedom to be creative with their projects and continue contributing to a positive school culture.

They would improve engagement by allowing students access to equipment that is modern and functional. This project helps classes express themselves, and the whole school can benefit from their work as well.
