Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Help us create a calming station for our school library. This will be a place for students to come and unwind and relieve some of their stress. Students will be able to express how they are feeling and discuss what they are going through.

The items we are asking for will allow student to working through any challenging emotions they are dealing with by keeping their hands busy while they talk to a trusted adult.

These objects will help students work through their emotions as they unwind in our school library.
