My Project

We learn best when we are safe, comfortable, and loved. One way to do this is to provide my students with a corner of the room where they can explore, nurture, and enhance their love of reading in a well-lit, comfortable, calm space.

A comfortable rug where students can cozy up with a book or sit with their friends and practice the essential skill that we all need, reading.

A canopy where they can feel separated from the hustle/bustle of the classroom. It's essential for every classroom to have a corner where students can self-regulate and calm their own nervous system without an audience.

I'm so excited to be able to provide this space in my classroom! Thank you so much for your contribution.
