Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A classroom rug helps to create a warm and inviting environment.
Having a classroom rug is essential for TK, as it serves as our main gathering point.
Our carpet will be a place where we come together to learn, sing, dance, and, most importantly, have fun.
The carpet will be used for morning meetings, where students will have the opportunity to welcome one another. Our carpet will be used in a space where we gather and read together. It will be a place for math manipulatives. It will be a place where students may go for alternative seating.
The classroom carpet will be a central focus in our learning and in our coming together as a family. I would greatly appreciate any help in obtaining this rug for our classroom.
