My Students
My first graders are hopeful, supportive, loving and caring. They are enjoying learning amongst their peers and they are soaking up information like sponges!
They strive to do their best daily and they work to grow their brains.
The effect of the pandemic is apparent, but they won’t let that stop them.
My Project
Mid year white board markers start to dwindle. We use them daily for centers, color coding spelling words and writing messages on our board. White board markers are an essential tool to our daily learning.
My students also need a variety of options in our calming corner.
Thus far we've used coloring, a sequence pillow and a stuff animal. I would love to provide bean bag chairs & sensory tools to help them calm down and refocus.
My class also has a slight obsession with baby Yoda, so if we got the baby Yoda chairs they would be thrilled.
