Help me give my students sensory tools, calming strips, fidget toys, soft seating, rugs, and lighting to create a Quiet Corner where students can take a break, regulate emotions, and refocus in a supportive environment.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students struggle with stress, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions throughout the school day. This project will fund a Quiet Corner—a dedicated space where students can take a break, self-regulate, and refocus before returning to learning.
Your donation will provide soft seating, calming lighting, sensory tools, and fidget toys to create a supportive environment that helps students healthily manage their emotions.
By giving students access to this space, we can promote emotional well-being, reduce classroom disruptions, and create a more positive learning experience for everyone.
