My Project

Materials in this project will be handed out to students and also available as needed in our 'Calming Corner' area. This is a space for students to visit in our classroom with tools to rest and reset, with a calming strategies poster, stickers and soft lighting.

These tools are sensory aides that many students rely on or find helpful.

With large class sizes, having a helpful tool to center on is an important resource. Our Calming Corner is near our lovely classroom library, so the motivational bookmarks will get put to good use for these eager book lovers!
