My Project
Each day we greet these little kiddos that have hard times emotionally and learning how to cope with their feelings at a young age. I want to create a calming corner in an area of our room.
A “colorful, calming, coloring corner” will help any kiddos, who are having hard days, to calm down and regroup.
This will be paired with supplies I already have such as a couch, pillows, and a colorful rug. My goal is to create a space so they feel calm and can recollect themselves if they get sad, anxious, or upset throughout the day.
